Happy New Year! In January of 2017, I reruptured my achilles tendon, resulting in a 40-day bed rest. I hope that you will enjoy my TEDx talk about my 40-day bedrest and how I learned that “nothing is what matters the most.” I need you to make time to do nothing sometime this week.
