This green juice will put an extra kick in your step and supply a multitude of vitamins and antioxidants. There are countless variations on this go-to beverage, this is our favorite combination. The green apple adds a hint of sweetness and the ginger, a bit of spice.
Serves 8-10 (6-oz servings)
Ingredients
- 3 bunches/packages of spinach
- 1 bunch parsley
- 3 green apples, cored and roughly chopped for juicer
- 2" piece of ginger
- 1 cup Ruby Red grapefruit juice
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 3 cups ice
- grapefruit wedges for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Juice spinach, parsley, apple and ginger in a juicer
- Add juiced ingredients to a blender and purée with avocado, grapefruit juice and ice
- Garnish each glass with a wedge of grapefruit
