How Nothing is What Matters the Most

Happy New Year!  This month is the one year anniversary of my devastating achilles rerupture and my resulting 40-day bed rest.  I hope that you will enjoy my TEDx talk about my 40 day bedrest and how I learned that “nothing is what matters the most.” I need you to make time to do nothing sometime this week.  I believe that you will find yourself in a state of blessed boredom.
